Members MUST READ & UNDERSTAND ENGLISH to participate in our program. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You must provide COMPLETE and accurate answers to each question asked at time of signup. You may NOT signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing LadyOfTheLinks.com account. There is a limit of ONE Account PER HOUSEHOLD. In addtion you many NOT use a proxy server. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your LadyOfTheLinks.com account and pressing the change information link. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for Immediate Termination.
Members may post in forums without fear of losing their account concerning either the site LadyoftheLinks or the staff of LadyoftheLinks. Exclusion to this is vulgarity, racist, hateful, degrading, or presenting false evidence that can be proven to be untrue by any member of the staff of LadyoftheLinks. It is requested if you have any problems that you first email us using the contact form.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your LadyOfTheLinks.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by LadyOfTheLinks.com be detected will result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up LadyOfTheLinks.com . You agree to receive email advertising from LadyOfTheLinks.com . Absolutely NO Z-Wallet, rediffmail, etang, 163.com, zapo.net, iwon.com, email.com, mail.com, excite.com or themail.com accounts will be allowed!!!! Accounts using these email address' will be deleted. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 3 (three) or more days to messages from LadyOfTheLinks.com your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals. This rule applies for Auto Responders as well. In the event your email account on file is full for 3 (three) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals.

If your account becomes inactive for a period of (28) twenty eight days, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings. (Upgraded members that are inactive for 28 days will be suspended for 7 days, this allows time to contact the Webmaster. If no contact has been made, the account is deleted on the 8th day and you forfeit all earnings).

Paid To Promote/Affiliate Pages:
Accounts will be checked on a regular basis, to make sure that members are active in other areas of the site (50 clicks minimum per month). Upon checking these, and if there is abuse by you, your links will be suspended, until such time as you become active in the other areas. I will email you a copy of your account showing your inactivity and the reason for the suspension.

Any Webmaster that is a member of LadyoftheLinks, who knowingly closes their site, allows the hosting to expire, scams their members and/or not paying them and refuses any sort of communication to rectify the situation between themselves and their members, will automatically have their account here suspended. This suspension will last for a maximum of 28 days, (no payout requests will be honoured) giving them time to get their site back online and communicate with their members. If after the 28 days none of the above has been done, the Webmasters account will be deleted and they will forfeit all earnings. (the funds from this account will be held until a decision is made as to what to do with it) If the site is sold while offline without notification being sent to their members, the account here will be deleted. All advertising will cease for that program upon suspension of the said account.

There are Category/Interest Keywords that are put in so that the Webmaster can detect if a member can read and comprehend the English Language. Any account that has 1 or more of these keywords checked off, will automatically have the said account deleted along with all earnings (if any) and downline (if any) Keyword Interests are checked at random, so please choose them carefully!!!
Cheat Links will be sent out on a regular basis. Click 2 links within 21 days and your account will be deleted, earnings forfeited and you will not be able to signup again. Please take the time to read all emails that you receive from LadyoftheLinks.com

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, including the use of any automated system of software, or clicking search links if you do not live in one of these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States, this includes the PTC section of the site will result in the loss of your account. *If I find You are clicking Search Links From a Non-Allowed Country I will delete your account and you will lose all your earnings!!* Break the rules and you are OUT!! No notice will be given, and no one will be Re-Instated!! Anyone caught CHEATING will lose their right to privacy and will have their information shared with others, including but not limited to the Authorities!!!! LadyOfTheLinks reserves the right to cancel any members account, if upon checking their ISP, it comes up as an anonymous proxy, example: (ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc., SoftLayer Technologies, etc.). IP Addresses are also logged for the purpose of tracking multiple signups for the same household and country check.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and LadyOfTheLinks.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and LadyOfTheLinks.com. You understand that you DO NOT have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of LadyOfTheLinks.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the LadyOfTheLinks.com program.

Limitation of Liability:
LadyOfTheLinks.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or LadyOfTheLinks.com program, even if LadyOfTheLinks.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, LadyOfTheLinks.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by LadyOfTheLinks.com . Members will earn up to 5 cents for each email read. Members will be paid via PayPal or AlertPay. LadyOfTheLinks.com will pay members when they reach $5.00. Everyone Must Pull Their Own Weight Here!!! These payouts are a min./max., any amount over the payout amount will carry over. Payments will be made within 30 days.**E-Gold is not available for residents of India.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with and may result in legal prosecution. LadyoftheLinks.com will strictly enforce anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. LadyoftheLinks.com may charge up to $15 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. LadyoftheLinks.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
